1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leads2Convert website and services operated by Leads2Convert LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" means the leads2convert.com website and all associated services
- "Contractor" means a business or individual that pays for leads through our platform
- "Homeowner" means an individual who submits a project request through the platform
- "Lead" means contact and project information from a homeowner who has requested contractor services
- "Services" means all lead generation, matching, and delivery services provided by Leads2Convert
3. Eligibility
To use our services as a contractor, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a licensed contractor in the states and trades where you operate (where required by law)
- Have appropriate insurance coverage for your business
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Not be prohibited from receiving or providing services under applicable law
4. Contractor Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to receive leads. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate information.
4.3 Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform to:
- Resell, transfer, or share leads with third parties
- Contact homeowners for services other than the ones they requested
- Engage in spam, harassment, or deceptive practices
- Circumvent our billing or pricing systems
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from our platform
5. Lead Delivery & Payments
5.1 Lead Pricing
Lead pricing varies by service category, geographic market, and project type. Pricing is displayed in your contractor dashboard before any lead is charged. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5.2 Billing
Leads are billed at the time of delivery. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each lead received. All charges are in USD and are non-refundable except as described in our Return Policy.
5.3 Lead Returns
We offer lead credits for leads that meet our return criteria, including: invalid phone numbers, duplicate leads delivered within 30 days, or leads outside your agreed service area. Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
5.4 Exclusivity
Leads are delivered exclusively to one contractor per lead, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Exclusive leads are not shared with competitors.
6. Lead Quality & No Guarantee of Conversion
We strive to deliver high-quality, intent-verified leads. However, we do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, signed contract, or completed project. Lead quality is influenced by factors outside our control, including homeowner changes of mind, budget constraints, and project timing.
Leads2Convert is a lead generation service — not a marketplace guarantee. We connect you with interested homeowners; closing the sale is your responsibility.
7. Homeowner Terms
Homeowners who submit project requests through our platform agree that:
- Their contact information will be shared with matched contractors
- They may receive phone calls, emails, or text messages from contractors
- They provide accurate project descriptions and contact information
- Submission of a request does not obligate them to hire any contractor
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Leads2Convert platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Leads2Convert and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADS2CONVERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leads2Convert and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or your interactions with homeowners.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases and any outstanding balance becomes immediately due.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
